Rose Pest Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative. We are looking for a friendly, positive, professional individual as Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

At Rose, the CSRs are the go-to people that work as a team to keep the Service Center organized and operational. The CSR provides excellent client service to internal and external clients and is the link between our clients, management, service and sales employees. They also coordinate Service Center operations with the corporate office.



The principal duties of the CSR are to schedule service requests, log current and new client calls and ensure follow-through by service and sales employees. The CSR supports the service employees through processing service paperwork, preparing route schedules and inputting payroll hours and production. They provide administrative support to the sales team and Service Center management. The CSR communicates with clients to coordinate our service response and perform collections on past due accounts.  They explain and sell residential services to prospective clients who call in.


This position is best for someone who likes working independently in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the "go-to person", and can stay organized and attentive to detail without direct supervision. A successful team member must have good communication and computer skills; attention to detail; and be able to work cooperatively with clients with a desire to help others. 







Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be a U.S. citizen or possess documentation required to work in the United States
  • Are able to work before 8am and after 5pm, and/or on weekends
  • Has valid motor vehicle operator's license and a good driving record
  • Is able to read, speak, write and comprehend English

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Computer & Office Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Windows and basic office software programs
    • Proven ability to quickly learn and use new software program
    • Proficient in data entry and typing
    • Able to use basic office equipment: copier, fax machine, etc.
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize time and work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing work demands and requirements
  • Understands value of promoting cooperation, building teamwork and resolving conflict

Candidates must have the ability to:

  • Sit, stand and crouch
  • Lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
